    Really interesting empirical review of the utility of critical care teams – proves its really difficult to measure the overall benefit of high performing teams within pre-hospital care. My own thoughts are that true benefit lives in the non-technical/softer skills that these teams bring to a highly stressful scene. Check out the article:

    Yes mate I would completely agree, as a trainee BASICS doc I think what we bring to the party is often just some situational awareness and leadership in what is often a chaotic scene! Would love to come out with you when you’re back in the UK and learn from the best!
